Do you love both HR and technology? Work with the HR and payroll teams for the first 6 months to implement a state of the art HRIS system. Opportunity to work with and learn from the HR technology vendor's implementation team. Work to configure and test Core HR, payroll and Time&Attendance until the implementation go-live and then work with teams and stakeholders to implement Performance Management, Compensation Management and Applicant Tracking System modules.  You will be considered to be the SME for all HR data in the system and create strategic reports for business partners.  Will work in partnership with the HCM vendor for troubleshooting and solutions.  This is initially a 6 month contract as a W-2 through HRtechies with a full benefits package.  For those interested in the direct hire HRIS Analyst position, will be converted to full time direct for this awesome company. Experience with HCM systems such as Workday, UltiPro, SuccessFactors, or similar as a payroll specialist, HR analyst or HCM consultant required.
