Unique and newly created position fully owning the HR data, analytics, reporting and process best practices for a small, growing company in Bloomington.  This role also acts as project manager for upgrades and implementations. Opportunity to become the system expert and be critical in driving key business and employee outcomes. Become highly valued as HR system subject matter expert as part of the HR team. Additionally, this position manages the payroll function on a bi-weekly basis. Optimize all modules of the UltiPro HCM system. Serves as liaison between the Company and the HCM/payroll vendor. 
Minimum requirements Bachelor’s degree OR 4 yrs equivalent experience with 2 years experience as an HR Analyst, HRIS Analyst, Data Analyst or Payroll Analyst.
